• The site-specific surgery codes for Lung (C34._), Pancreas (C25._), Thyroid (C73._), Colon (C18._), and Breast (C50._) are updated to align with the Synoptic Operative Report for cases diagnosed January 1, 2024 and forward.

  • RX Hosp- and RX Summ-Recon Breast: CoC added two new data items, RX Hosp-Recon Breast [751] and RX Summ-Recon Breast [1335] for cases diagnosed on or after January 1, 2024. For diagnosis years 2022 and 2023, CoC collected these data in RX Hosp-Recon Breast [10106] and RX Summ-Recon Breast [10107].
